The successful candidate will take responsibility for significant ruminant compound feed sales along with a number of reporting sales specialists. Sales Management and motivation of the overall sales team is a company priority and deemed vital in staff development and compound field sales growth, along with the requirement for future increased business contribution. An outgoing personality and integrity is required for this strong relationship people management role along with a systematic and objective approach to professional sales management. To undertake this role the candidate needs a recent strong track record to demonstrate their field sales and people management skills.Renumeration
