On behalf of an integrated international supplier of new generation micro-ingredients for animal feeds, Shire Consulting is looking to recruit a European Business Manager This international ingredients company markets technically proven products, has a long history and experience in agribusiness and is looking to achieve significant global market positioning in selected animal feed segments. Reporting to the Business Sales Director, this role requires a talented, ambitious, results driven individual that is prepared to travel extensively. The Person will need to demonstrate High degree of personal motivation, with a desire to make an immediate contribution. Excellent track record with developing customer relationships. Successful feed ingredient sales track record. Organised, self-motivated, good communication and interpersonal skills, Fluency in English essential, other European languages useful. Ideally degree in business, nutrition or agriculture, and/or good practical experience in feed and feed ingredientsRenumeration

Location
The base for the role will be in one of the company’s European offices of which one is in England
