On behalf of a major blue chip grain procurement company operating throughout GB, opportunities and new challenges for experienced farm grain and oilseed buyers are available within their current location.The company is able to provide strong and advantageous marketing opportunities off farm for physical consumption of combineable crops as well as trading of grains, oilseed rape and pulses
The essential requirement is for individuals who can build strong and lasting business relationships with farmers and trade customers. - they must be confident self starters with the drive and determination plus a track record of success. This is characters who consider that they can complete the combineable crop purchasing and logistical cycle to a professional high standard
Candidate Requirements:
Well educated and preferably an agri-business qualification would be an advantage.
An above average standard of mathematics.
A good understanding of arable farming.
A requirement to demonstrate a strong network of suppliers and contacts for grains and oilseed Rape.
IT Literate
Excellent communicator
Full UK Driving Licence
Renumeration
A significant salary, varying according to previous tonnes procured, farmer network/contacts and margin revenues earned.
